4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing authentic and complete sets of documents for verification. Any delay in government processes due to missing information or official delays is beyond our control.

5. Professional Fees

Our consultation fees are transparent and agreed upon before the commencement of work. Fees once paid for completed verification or survey work are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nilam Ungal Valam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our consultancy services. Our liability is limited to the professional fee paid for the specific service.
